Ngan is a Principal Consultant and “Culture Champion” at McLaren Recruitment, recruiting across all industry sectors and disciplines, for all roles types including business support and administration, middle management to executive management.
She is passionate about helping people to achieve their career goals and aspirations. Having graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Ngan was determined to become a specialist in Recruitment.
Coming from a strong background in human resources, recruitment consulting, relationship management and new business acquisition. She brings to McLaren Recruitment a fresh and fun perspective backed with strong recruitment knowledge.
Ngan has an honest, transparent, genuine and consultative approach. She strives to invest time to understand clients’ needs and enjoys working on complex and hard to fill roles –she isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions and no challenge is too big for her. Ngan enjoys building trusted relationships with clients and candidates. In her down time, Ngan enjoys cooking (and baking), travelling, renovating her properties and spending quality time with her family and friends.
