Lucy is our newest member at McLaren Associates, joining our team in October 2019.

Lucy is our multitasking Team Coordinator and is the first port of call when you come and visit our office or meet with one of our consultants. Lucy brings a wealth of Customer Service experience to the team with a background in retail and international administrative support.

Having recently returned to New Zealand after four years living and working in London and Sydney, Lucy understands the importance of experiencing a positive and professional approach when working with recruitment agencies, having used them extensively throughout her career.

When she’s not assisting our candidates and clients in the office, Lucy enjoys brunching, exploring bush walking tracks, travel, spending quality time with her friends and family and giving back to charities such as SPCA.
