Mandy joined McLaren Recruitment in 2025 as a Para Consultant, bringing with her a diverse background in talent coordination and candidate care. Prior to joining the team, she worked closely with graduates in the not-for-profit sector and most recently supported experienced professionals throughout their recruitment journey in the public sector.
Originally from Germany, Mandy has called New Zealand home since 2019. Her international experience—having lived and worked in the United States, Australia, and now Wellington—gives her a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She brings warmth, empathy, and a global perspective to every interaction.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys discovering new walking trails around the Wellington region and is always on the lookout for the next great spot for brunch or coffee.
