After a recent stint in Germany, Natalie rejoined the McLaren Recruitment team as a Consultant in August 2025. Since beginning her recruitment career in 2019, she has built a solid track record across a wide range of roles.
Known for her high energy, approachable nature, and genuine passion for people, Natalie thrives on helping candidates find roles where they can truly shine. Equally, she enjoys partnering closely with organisations to understand their needs and find the best possible fit for their teams — acting as a trusted extension of their business. Natalie brings both expertise and enthusiasm to her role at McLaren Recruitment and is excited to continue supporting clients and candidates alike.
Like many Wellingtonians, Natalie has a deep appreciation for good food — coffee being her fuel of choice. You’ll often find her at her favourite café, Franks on The Terrace. Outside of work, weekends are typically spent at the beach with her husband and their two young daughters.
