She comes from a background in retail, administration and recruitment, plus she\u2019s a qualified chef \u2013 a woman of many talents!<\/p>\n<p>Within the McLaren team she\u2019s the first point of contact to all of our valued clients and candidates, as well as providing valuable recruitment support to our Consultants.<\/p>\n<p>Having now found her niche in recruitment, Susie loves the impact we can have matching the right people to the right organisations. As a natural relationship builder, she enjoys exceeding expectations and being able to help others make life-changing career choices.<\/p>\n<p>Susie is a Wellingtonian born and bred and mother to a football-mad son.
