Susie joined the McLaren team in 2024 as our Team Coordinator. She comes from a background in retail, administration and recruitment, plus she’s a qualified chef – a woman of many talents!
Within the McLaren team she’s the first point of contact to all of our valued clients and candidates, as well as providing valuable recruitment support to our Consultants.
Having now found her niche in recruitment, Susie loves the impact we can have matching the right people to the right organisations. As a natural relationship builder, she enjoys exceeding expectations and being able to help others make life-changing career choices.
Susie is a Wellingtonian born and bred and mother to a football-mad son. When she’s not at work she’s whipping up delicious food at home, spending time with friends and family, Pilates and sampling Wellington’s many eateries!
